1. Digital learning solutions:
(A) Cyber Threats - has your school conducted (or intending to conduct) IT security Checks to identify potential cyber risks?

(B) Has your school conducted IT audits (or intending to conduct audits) to determine compatibility in respect of digital learning roll out

(C) Cloud readiness assessment: Executing a migration to the cloud requires any IT professional to navigate through different cloud platforms. It takes meticulous upfront planning to understand which of these applications will function on which platform, if any at all.
(i) Will your school be migrating to a cloud based solution?

(ii) Has your school started the migration process and need further assistance going forward?

2.Virtual digital classroom:
(A) Mentoring and ongoing training of teachers in the integration of technology

(B) Ongoing training of latest release technology

Generally, use digital devices? (eg Laptop, desktop, cell phone, tablet; 2 in one, Chromebook, IPad)

Design and develop digital assessments (Online forms, cloud collaboration, Socrative, Kahoot etc)

Include coding and computational thinking in teaching and learning activities

Use digital technologies for administrative tasks (typing exams/assessment and calculating marks / analysing learner assessment data)

4. How is action research one of your daily habits? (Action research includes analysing learner data from tests/assessments/observations to teach or re-teach concepts that are misunderstood)

5. What are your training needs for improving how you integrate digital technologies into teaching, learning and assessment activities?

6. Wi-Fi, connectivity, and Cyber security: - does your school have the required solution for effective digital learning?
